We ship from Japan
1. The shop accepts orders from all over the world. Pricing is calculated at checkout and depends on the weight and bulk of your order.
2. Whether it can be shipped to your country please add the items you wish to purchase to your Basket and add your delivery address.
If not choice your country it means your area is affected by the courier's suspension of services or can not be shipped to your address due to restrictions.
3. Orders outside Japan are exempt from Japanese Sales Tax, however, you may be asked to pay local tax and customs charges etc when the goods arrive in the destination country.
These additional charges come directly from your domestic government.
The shop is not responsible for these additional fees, they are the responsibility of recipient.

Pre-ship proccesing time
Pre-Ship Processing Time is the time it takes from when you submit your order to when the product leaves the warehouse.
Usually shipping day .
For in-stock 1 - 3 business day ( Monday - Friday ).
For out-stock 5 - 7 business day ( Monday - Friday ).
In case of shipment delays, we will intimate you via email.

If the required quantity of an item is not available, you will be informed of the available quantity during the order process and the order quantity will be adjusted automatically.
If you require a larger quantity of an item than is available in the shop, please contact our shop from "Contact". We will be happy to make you an offer.

Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We are happy to issue credit notes or refunds for any items with proof of purchase from us that are returned in a saleable condition within 14 days of the receipt of your order.
note: The return period begins “within 14 days of receiving the item”. And Digital products and custom-made items are not eligible for the cooling-off period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. The return of such items is the full responsibility of the customer, and the goods must be securely packaged to ensure that they arrive back to us undamaged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale & Clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason (cooling-off period). The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive your goods. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@art-stationery-jp.com before the deadline. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
